This page describes what Maetis actually does today, plainly, rather than generic boilerplate. It will be replaced with a fuller policy once accounts, sign-in, and payments go live — and you'll be able to tell, because the date above will change.
What we collect right now
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms that submit anywhere, and no analytics or tracking scripts running on this site.
What's stored on your device
If you use the “Mark module as known” feature on a Level page, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage — a small file kept on your own device. It never leaves your browser, we never see it, and clearing your browser data removes it. Nothing else on the site stores anything.
Contacting us
The email link on our Contact page opens your own email app. Whatever you send goes directly to our inbox the same way any email does — we don't collect it through the website itself.
When this changes
Once sign-in and paid plans are live, this policy will be rewritten to cover what an account actually requires — and reviewed properly before that happens, not just extended from this page.
