The sign-in code did not arrive

Maetis signs you in with your email address and a code. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Maetis, and make sure you typed the address exactly as you signed up. A code expires after 10 minutes, so request a fresh one and use only the newest.

If it still does not arrive, write to hello@maetis.in with the email address you are using, and we will look into it.

I paid, but a Level is still locked

Please try two things first:

1. Sign in with the same email address you used to pay.
2. In the app, open the lock screen and choose Restore purchases. On the website, refresh the page after you sign in.

If the Level is still locked, write to hello@maetis.in with the email you used, the date of the payment and where you paid (the website, Google Play or the App Store). A payment reference or the receipt from Google, Apple or Razorpay helps us find it quickly.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account yourself, at any time: in the app under Account, then Delete account, or on the Account page of the website. It is immediate and permanent. If you cannot sign in, follow the steps on the delete your account page. The privacy policy says what is removed and what is kept.

The app crashes or looks wrong

We are sorry, and thank you for telling us. To help us fix it, write to hello@maetis.in with your phone model, the Android or iOS version, the app version, what you were doing just before, and a screenshot if you can.

How do I stop the weekly note?

Every weekly note carries a link to stop receiving it, which removes your address from the list. You can also write to hello@maetis.in and we will remove you.

Can Maetis tell me what to buy or sell?

No. Maetis teaches how to think about money and markets. It does not give buy, sell or hold advice, tips or tax advice. For advice about your own situation, a SEBI-registered adviser or a qualified tax professional is the right person to ask.
